XYLD-50-150 Core Acid Flow Experimental Device

The acidizing flow experimental instrument is an instrument used to measure the physical properties of compacted formations. It is possible to simulate formation pressure and temperature conditions based on the principle of similarity of displacement mechanism boxes, and with the help of the latest achievements in modern science and technology, such as computer technology and advanced sensor technology, it is mainly used to automatically measure the acidification flow characteristics of rock cores under laboratory conditions. This instrument uses the principle of weighing with a balance to measure the liquid mass from the rock core at the source, measures the upstream and downstream pressures of permeability with a pressure sensor, and calculates the permeability of the rock core through timed sampling.

Main parameters:

1. Core specification: Φ 25 × (80-150) mm

2. Displacement pressure: 0-40Mpa; Ring pressure and axial pressure: 50Mpa

3. Thermostatic box: Room temperature~180 ℃
